Remembrance Day Parade

At least 400 people braved the light drizzle to remember the 45 Colehill residents who died in the Great War of 1914-18 and the 2nd World War of 1939-45.

While the roll call of the dead is usually read by one of the Church wardens, this year the roll was read by the chairman of the Parish Council, Cllr. KD Johnson.   The Last Post and Reveille were excellently played by young trumpeter Joseph Skypella, while the young oboist who accompanied the hymns was Jenny Clayton.
