Stroud Close had a spontaneous street party to celebrate the royal wedding last week. Gill and Rob Clark invited all their neighbours to a lunchtime
BBQ and – as the Close is a cul de sac – there was no problem with traffic, so the party was able to carry on until darkness drove people back to their
houses. It was a lovely way to meet people and all ages had a wonderful time.
