Cllr Andrew Todd

Cllr Andrew Todd

After graduating with an honours degree in Economics and Regional Development, Andy started his career working for a large magazine publisher before moving to work for one of the world’s largest trade show owners, project managing a portfolio of manufacturing technology trade shows across Asia.

Gaining a second degree, this time in marketing, he took on broader responsibilities within the business, particularly related to data management and marketing, as a member of the Board.

After almost 30 years in London, Andy, his wife and family, moved to Dorset in 2015 and was in May 2024 elected as a Dorset Councillor for Colehill and Wimborne Minster East.

Andy served five years as a Parent Governor at Hayeswood First School, latterly as Chair of Governors. He continues to support his school aged children.

Andy has a desire to contribute further to the community in which we live. He writes: “We are not just a “dormitory” serving Bournemouth and beyond, this is our home, and I look forward to helping the Parish Council identify and develop those things that bring us together as a community and enrich our lives.”

Andy lives and represents residents in the Colehill Parish Ward although is of course keen to hear from all and any residents in any part of Colehill.
